MultiBank Group bringt mit mb.io Ghanaisches Gold auf die Blockchain

Die Krypto-Sparte der MultiBank Group, mb.io, hat eine Partnerschaft mit Kings Orbis, EON3 Group Ghana Ltd und Mavryk geschlossen, um ein institutionelles Tokenisierungsprogramm für physisch gesichertes Gold aus Westafrika zu entwickeln. Das Programm wird von mb.io RWA betrieben, mit Verwahrung in Dubai unter LBMA-zertifizierter Aufsicht, einer dedizierten Versorgung durch die EON3 Group und Mavryk als Layer-1-Blockchain- und RWA-Technologiepartner.

Vertreter aller vier Partner nahmen am World Peace Summit in Kumasi, Ghana, teil, wo sie sich mit Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, dem Asantehene-König des Ashanti-Königreichs, trafen. Der König drückte seine Unterstützung für die Partnerschaft aus, die darauf abzielt, das kulturelle Erbe des westafrikanischen Goldes in einer verantwortungsvollen institutionellen Struktur zu bewahren.

Das Ashanti-Königreich, bekannt für seine reiche Goldgeschichte, war einst als "Goldküste" bekannt und hat über 700 Jahre lang Gold produziert. Diese Zusammenarbeit bringt dieses Erbe in digitaler Form auf die Blockchain, wodurch Ashanti-Gold erstmals für ein globales Anlegerpublikum zugänglich wird.

Jedes Token repräsentiert den direkten Besitz des zugrunde liegenden physischen Goldes, das in Dubai unter institutioneller Aufsicht verwahrt wird. Neben Rohgold wird auch eine kuratierte Sammlung von Goldkunstwerken tokenisiert, die das kulturelle Erbe von Otumfuo Osei Tutu II ehren.

Das Programm ermöglicht internationalen Investoren den Zugang zu afrikanischem Gold in digitaler, fraktionaler Form. Die physische Absicherung wird in jeder Phase unabhängig verifiziert.

mb.io betreibt eine regulierte Kryptowährungsbörse und wird einen speziellen Marktplatz für tokenisierte reale Vermögenswerte einführen. Die Plattform integriert selbstverwaltete Wallets und On-Chain-Compliance.

Das afrikanische Goldprogramm ist eines der größten Projekte, das derzeit auf mb.io RWA entwickelt wird, um die Tokenisierung von Vermögenswerten auf institutioneller Ebene zu unterstützen.
