sphin-X – short for “Secure Platform for Health Innovation and Exchange” – sees itself as a platform for exchange, innovation, and collaboration. By joining, Arvato Systems is strengthening its position in the dynamically growing healthcare market, which is becoming increasingly important due to regulatory requirements such as the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the growing demand for efficient care.

In addition, the company operates 15 national verification systems within the EU and provides pharmaceutical companies with a serialization solution that enables the secure and tamper-proof trade of prescription drugs. With this in-depth expertise, Arvato Systems brings valuable impetus to the sphin-X network and strengthens its innovative power.

sphin-X (“Secure platform for health information eXchange”) is a Germany-wide initiative to create a collaborative and cross-sector health data space. Under the slogan “one data space for health,” the registered association is committed to the public-interest-oriented and data protection-compliant use of health data. The aim of sphin-X is to establish a central platform that allows data in the healthcare industry to be linked in a meaningful way, thereby integrating new innovations into healthcare. The association's members are companies and associations from the healthcare industry. Currently, 27 companies and institutions are involved in sphin-X e. V. to jointly advance the vision of a secure platform for the exchange of health information.
