Trojaner entdeckt, ist dieser schlimm?

Hi ich habe einen Trojaner entdeckt, wahrscheinlich wirde er gleich gefunden und gestoppt bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher. Deswegen will ich euch fragen was dieser Trojaner "trojan.js.redirector.xa" macht.
Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Scheint ein rootkit zu sein, also so schnell wie möglich Daten sichern und System neu aufsetzen...

Wobei ich dir bei jedem anderen Trojaner den selben Tip gegeben hätte
