Hallo...

______________

The main objective of this work was to examine, whether the expression of miR-301a in different LPS activated leucocytes is dependent on the expression of miR-155. To answer this question two different methods were performed: On the one hand a classical Northern Blot approach and on the other hand qRT-PCRs. Both methods could not confirm the assumption of miR-301a is regulated by the expression of miR-155.
The second focus of this work was on finding new, biologically important targets of miR-155 und miR-301a. To solve this problem first of all different databases were searched for potential new Targets. After that die 3’UTR-sequences were cloned into a dual-luciferase-reporter plasmid. The following dual-luciferase assays coluld not demonstrate that one of the examined 3’UTRs is negatively regulated by miR-155.

(P.s.: Ich muss endlich ins Ausland...

Abschnitts müßte wohl lauten: ... assumption that miR....
targets klein 3. Zeile Abs 2

Ich hoffe, dir ist damit geholfen.

The main objective of this work was to examine, whether the expression of miR-301a in different LPS activated leucocytes is dependent(würde hier depending nehmen) on the expression of miR-155. To answer this question two different methods were performed: On the one hand a classical Northern Blot approach and on the other hand qRT-PCRs. Both methods could not confirm the assumption ofthat miR-301a is regulated by the expression of miR-155.
The second focus of this work was on to find new, biologically important targets of miR-155 und miR-301a. (To solve this problem) First of all different databases were searched for potential new targets. After that die(meintest du "the"?) 3’UTR-Sequences were cloned(cloned?heißt doch dann wohl ein identisches oder hat sich etwas verändert??Wolltest du transferieren damit ausdrücken?) into a dual-luciferase-reporter plasmid. The following dual-luciferase assays coluldcould? not demonstrate that one of the examined 3’UTRs is negatively regulated by miR-155.

To answer this question, two different methods - a classical Northern Blot approach and qRT-PCRs - have been investigated. The following dual-luciferase assays could not point out that one of the examined 3’UTRs is negatively regulated by miR-155.

Hab dir mal nen paar Vorschläge gemacht.
