ich muss bis spätestens Sonntagabend diesen Text fertighaben und würde mich sehr freuen, wenn der ein oder andere Grammatik- oder Ausdruckfehler noch vorher korrigiert werden würde.

It was hard to make a decision because of the many parameters, which are important for my recommendation. Every country has their pros and cons but one country I would totally exclude from my decision – Canada.

I like the fact that Canada has 58 per cent of its population in tertiary education and that its excellent competitiveness. Nevertheless, the problem is that Canada’s operating costs and the cost of living in comparison with China or India are too high. I think Interstate Inc. should choose a country with very low operation costs. In that case, the products of Interstate can be keen and because of this, we will sell more and boost our sales.

The Philippines have also many good educated people but in contrast to Canada, the GP per head is not $22,370 but rather only $990. Therefore, I would expect that the costs and the salaries on the Philippines are also much lower than the costs in Canada. However, these arguments for the Philippines are not strong enough to balance the bad world rank of competitiveness.

China has an acceptable world rank of competitiveness. In addition, the GP per head and the operating costs are very low in China. The low quote of good educated people is not a problem because in China live 1,275 million people and need only 100 professionals with a tertiary education of them. I think China is a very attractive location for going offshore. The problem is the cost of living.

Therefore, my recommendation for the location is India. India has enough professionals who search a “good-paid” job. The cost of living, the GP per head the operating costs are the lowest of all these countries. Anyhow, we should keep in mind that India is a developing nation and we need the best support for our customers.

That means if you will choose India as our new location, then we need a quality management in India with American knowledge.

Das mit dem Komma stimmt. Außerdem müßte "well educated" heißen, soweit ich weiß.

Find ich ehrlich gesagt nicht. Korrktur hat ja nun wenig Sinn, da Sonntag Abend vorbei ist. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal nen Tag früher nachfragen.
