Hilfe bei Englisch Übersetzung

Hallo liebe Klammer!

Ich bräuchte mal Eure Hilfe. Wir hatten in der Berufsschule (ich mache eine Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann) ein Projekt, in dem wir einen Businessplan erstellen sollten und in einer Bank mithilfe von PowerPoint präsentieren sollten. Die hat nach viel Arbeit und Schweiß auch sehr gut geklapt letzte Woche.
Nun kam der nächste Schock: anstelle einer Klausur sollen wir unseren Businessplan noch einmal im Englischunterricht präsentieren. Da mein Englisch leider schon ganz schön eingerottet ist, würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn ir jemenad folgenden Text übersetzen könnte, da ich am Montag schon vortragen soll
Ich habe den Text jetzt erst gerade runtergeschrieben, mein Vortrag war im deutschen eher frei, mal abgesehen von Stichpunkten, die ich auf Moderationskarten geschrieben hatte. Dies traue ich mir im Englischen aber gar nciht zu
Selbstversändlich werde ich mir dann auch nur Stichpunkte machen. Aber es würde mir viel helfen, wen ich den Text auf Englisch habe, einfach um gewisse Redewendungen und Vokabeln vorrätig im Kopf zu haben.
Ihr würdet mir wirklich seeeehr helfen - Lose gibts dann auch.
Hier nun der Text:

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich möchte ihnen nun unser Unternehmen etwas näher bringen.

Als Bezeichnung für unser Unternehmen haben wir uns "CoToGo" ausgewählt. "CoToGo" steht für coffee to go und repräsentiert somit einen wesentlichen Teil unserers Geschäftskonzeptes - dem Verkauf zur Straße hin.
Wie sie an unserem Logo auch sehen können, steht unter unserem Namen und einer Kaffeetasse auch coffee to go wieder ausgeschrieben. Des weiteren finden sie dort noch den Schritfzug „Kaffee für Genießer“, da wir uns mit unserer Qualität vom Markt absetzen und auch nicht ausschließlich auf den to go Verkauf setzen.

Insgesamt sind wir drei Gesellschafter, die aktiv im täglichen Geschäftsbetrieb involviert sind und von dessen Betrieb auch letztendlich ihren Lebensunterhalt bestreiten sollen.

Herr A wird als Geschäftsführer und Vertreter fungieren. Des weiteren wird er die Buchhaltung machen. Herr ist ausgebildeter Bankkaufmann und hat auch vorher schon als Buchhalter gearbeitet. Er hat somit also ein fundiertes Wissen in Sachen Finanzen.

Herr B wird unser Barista sein. Er ist für unsere Kaffeeherstellung verantwortlich und bringt ebenso viel Erfahrung und Wissen mit in unseren Betrieb, da auch er schon als Barista tätig war. Er wird unseren Kunden jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen und ihnen aromatische Kaffeekreationen zubereiten.

Als letztes werde ich, Herr C, mit im Geschäft arbeiten. Ich werden für den Service verantwortlich sein und die Kunden bedienen. Außerdem werde ich morgens die Brötchen zubereiten und unsere Theke mit frischen Waren bestücken.

Zusammen werden Herr B und ich unsere Angestellten einarbeiten und leiten.

Unsere Rechtsform wird die Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts sein (civil law association) sein. Wir haben uns für diese Rechtsfomt entschieden, weil es einfach mehrere Vorteile hat:

leicht zu Gründen, das keine Eintragung ins Handelsregister erfolgen muss
Vertragsfreiheit. Ein Gesellschaftsvertrag ist nicht zwingend. Vereinbarungen können auch mündlich abgeschlossen werden
es ist kein Mindestkapital vorgeschrieben
es besteht keine Pubilizitätspflicht: Das bedeutet, wir müssen unseren Jahresabschluss nicht veröffentlichen.
Wir sind kreditwürdig durch die Vollhaftung der der Gesellschafter.
Und zu guter letzt ist die Rechtsform jederzeit auflösbar und überführbar in eine andere Form

Kurzfristig möchten wir mit unserem Unternehmen alle potenziellen Kunden im Einzugsgebiet ansprechen. Dies wird durch Werbung geschehen. Dazu aber später mehr durch meinen Kollegen.
Und selbstverständlich ist es uns auch gleich zu Anfang wichtig, eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit aufubauen. Denn nur wenn ein Kunde sich beim ersten Besuch wohl und freundliche bedient fühlt, kommt er auch wieder.
Mittelfristig möchten wir den Namen „CoToGo“ in den Köpfen der Kunden verankern. Jeder in dieser Stadt weiss, was die Hansens Brauerei ist. Wir möchten diesen Status auch erlangen. Zudem wollen wir mittelfristig natürlich auch Gewinn einfahren und unsere Fremdkapital minimieren.
Langfristig möchten wir finanzielle Unabhängigkeit sowie eine hohe Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit erlangen Wir möchten unser Gewinn optimieren und Arbeitsplätze – dann evtl. auch durch Expansion, schaffen.

Es dürfen keine fertigen Aufgaben oder Referate gepostet werden. Also Lösungswege statt fertige Lösungen!

Es dürfen keine Lose für Hilfe oder Lösungsvorschläge geboten oder genommen werden. Dazu zählen auch Formulierungen wie "wer will, kann mir ja ein paar Lose spenden, wenn ich helfe". Die Hilfe in diesem Forum ist freiwillig.

We will open our coffee in Flensburgs shopping street, the Holm. The Holm gives us the best location, because we here find the occasional customers we need for our to-go idea.
Furthermore there lives 400.000 people in the patch of Flensburg and also the high amount of tourists let us think, that we easily will reach the turnover we need to run our business.

Our form of organisation will be the the civil law association. We choosed this form, because it offers us more advantages:
easy to found: no entry in a registry
freedom of contract: no written contract required; decisions can be made verbal
no minimum capital
creditworthy through liability of the partners
this form can be cancelled every time and can be convicted to an other form

In the beginning we want to accost all potential customers in Flensburgs patch. The will be made through advertising. You will hear more concerning this matter from my colleague Jannik Jensen later. In addition to that it is existential for us in the beginning to reach a high customer satisfaction. Cause just when the guest feel well and served friendly at the first visit, he will come again.
In the medium-term we want to anchor our Name in the heads of our potential customers. If anyone mentions the hansens brewery, everyone knows, what it is about. We want to reach the same status. Besides that we of course want to make profit an minimize our foreign assets.
In the further future we want to become financially independent ant want to reach a high customer satisfaction an quality. We will optimize our profit an provide new jobs – maybe by expansion.

Manche Sätze habe ich ganz umgestellt, einfach weil es sich besser anhört, und ich nicht anders kann...
Bei manchen Worten habe ich ein anderes gewählt, entweder weil euer Zusammenhang falsch war (Wörterbuch?) oder die Vokabel ganz falsch war (Foreign assets??)
