150 gr. red hot chili peppers

10 cloves garlic

1 cup vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

Simmer chilies with garlic in vinegar for 15 min. Blend, add salt and sugar and cook 2 more min. Let it cool.

For Creamy Sriracha

1 cup mayo

3 tbsp Sriracha

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove

Salt to taste
