Problem mit Egold

Hallo Klamm User.
Ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich habe ein Egoldkontowas ich bissher mit der Emailadresse von web.de hatte. Da ich aber wieder zu T-online gewechselt bin habe ich meine Web.de adresse gelöscht und zwar sofort. Hatte auch einen grund weil ich eine mege Spamm-Mails bekommen hatte. Ich denke einige können ein lied davon singen wenn sie mal surfbars und Geldmails aus dem Amiland gemacht haben.
Naja nun komme ich nicht mehr auf mein Egoldkonto weil die diese ACCSENT auf die alte Email schicken und nicht auf die neue. Sie schicken mir zwar immer Antworten auf meine fragen aber alles in Englisch. Übersetzungsprogramme habe ich natürlich auch in anspruch genommen aber mit mässig erfolg. Ich bräuchte einen vertraungsvollen user der mir dabei helfen kann.

Kurz gesagt wollen die mit dir per Telefon oder Fax Kontakt aufnehmen. Dazu wird die Nummer verwendet, die mit deinem Account gespeichert ist.

Du sollst denen jetzt Bescheid geben, zu welchen Zeiten du erreichbar bist. Da das Telefonat aber sicher auch auf Englisch laufen wird, solltest du jemanden haben, der dann mit dem Unternehmen telefonieren kann.

Ja und bei meinem Englisch haperts bei mir. Ich müsste zwar nicht verhungern aber wenn es komplizierter wird ist es schwierig.

Warum schaust du nicht einfach ob es deine Web.de Adresse noch gibt.
Also quasi ne neu regístrierung ?

Wenn ich das nicht schon gemacht hätte, würde ich mich hier nicht melden, bin doch nicht ganz panne. Aber bei web.de kann man sich sofort oder noch 40 Tage seinen AC behalten. Ich habe sofort geklickt. Also wer kann mir helfen. Bitte nichts dummes hier,es geht nämlich um kohle zwar nicht viel aber immerhin um kohle.
