My money are not in Money bookers

Hy,
I'm new herw and i know just english.
I have an problem. My account "luciano80" y make 5 euro and i request my money. Now, in account transaction in OK but in my Money Bookers account i dont have money and any transaction.
Please admin, verify and resolve situation.
