SMS-Service

The SMS-Gateway of klamm.de is available for private and commercial use. Every SMS will be charged with € 0,07*, taken directly from the klamm-Credit or from the loadable SMS-Credit. SMS with own sender identification will have a surcharge of € 0,02. If the 160 chars of a SMS are not fully used, klamm.de may add a small branding. For another surcharge of € 0,01 the SMS stays free from ads. If an account is deleted, the unused SMS-Credit will be forfeited and not be refunded.

klamm.de only takes responsibility to deliver the SMS-Messages to the network operator. It's task of the operator to deliver the message to the target phone. There's no warranty in general, that a SMS reaches it's recipient. The usage permission is only valid for direct, personal communication, if the recipient agrees with this. The sending of unsolicited commercial messages (in particular mass-sendings) is prohibited explicitly. German law applies for each message content. Violation will be persecuted by law. Therefore all processes are logged.
