E-Mails an Hotmail kommen nicht an

habe gerade eine Anfrage von einer hotmail.com E-Mail Adresse bekommen.
hab natürlich geantworteter die E-Mail wurde abgewiesen:

Nun ja,dann hab ich mir gedacht Registriere ich mich schnell bei hotmail und schreib von da aus,aber:

Die Absenderadresse müsste aber stimmen da die E-Mail vom hotmail.com Webmailer geschrieben wurde.Das sehe ich an der Werbung im footer.

Was kann man da machen?

Ist vllt das Postfach desjenigen voll oder wurde die Adresse mittlerweile gelöscht ?
Denn wenn Hotmail schon intern die Mail abweist, wird es wohl was speziell mit dem Empfänger zu tun haben.
