Monitor beim Hochfahren kein Signal

Hallo,

ich verwende Suse 10.1 (ja, ich weiß...) in der 64bit-Variante und Gnome.

Jedoch wird der Monitor scheinbar nich richtig angesteuert. Die letzte Aktion, die durchgeführt wird, ist das Starten der Firewall, anschließend, wenn die grafische Oberfläche kommen müsste, bekommt der Monitor kein Signal mehr.

Grafikkarte und Monitor wurden aber korrekt erkannt. Im Failsafe-Mode läuft auch alles super.

in /var/log/messages sehe ich an entsprechender Stelle, dass
zmd einen Fehler verursacht ("Not starting remote web server" und "Service Refresh failed").

Eine erneute, als update deklarierte Installation hat erstmal keine Veränderung gebracht. Mein Linuxkenntnisse sind nicht so berauschen, sodass ich kaum anhaltspunkte hab, wo ich noch nach Fehlern suchen könnte, bzw. was denn meine Probleme verursacht

Bis Version 10.0 hat noch alles geklappt, allerdings hab ich bis dato nur mit KDE gearbeitet.

Schau doch mal nach, welche Bootoptionen bei Failsafe ausgeschaltet werden. Mit Sicherheit erscheint da noapic und splash=2 oder sogar statt 2 off. Ich denke, es liegt am Splashscreen, aber Du kannst ja nun eine Option nach der anderen ausprobieren bis nur noch eine übrig bleibt, die Du deaktiveren musst, damit er bootet. Dann weißt Du schonmal etwa, woran es liegen könnte

Ich hatte das Problem auch mal, allerdings war es ein Problem mit dem Xorg-Server unter Debian. Aber der Xorg macht eigentlich schon lange keine Probleme mehr.

Es könnte auch an falschen ModeLines liegen und der Monitor einfach übersteuert wird ... ergo, er schaltet sich ab weil sonst die Zerstörung folgen würde.

Es handelt sich dabei um die Optionene ide=nodma apn=off acpi=off noresume edd=off 3
Habe jede einzeln probiert. Bei noresume edd=off 3 wird ohne Gnome gestartet. Sobald ich dann startx eingebe habe ich das Problem wieder wie oben beschrieben.

Selbst wenn ich alle Bootoptionen wie bei Failsafe angebe funktioniert es nicht. Nur im Failsafe kann ich Gnome nutzen

Auf der Konsole entweder sax2 eingeben und dort die Daten ändern. Oder manuell die /etc/X11/xorg.conf editieren

Wenn ich sax2 eingebe bekomme ich die Meldung, dass kein xServer gefunden wurde, und das sax einen eingen startet. Kurz darauf wieder kein Signal.

In der Xorg.conf find ich allerdings nichts, was eindeutig als falsch einzustufen wäre. Da wäre in der Section "Monitor" die DisplaySize 345 259 die für mich nichtssagend ist.

Horizontale und verticale Freuqenz sind im gültigen Bereich.

Also wenn Du im Failsafe-Modus Gnome starten kannst, dann ist ja X offenbar richtig installiert. Ich kann Dir ja mal meine xorg.conf von SuSE (unter KDE) posten, vielleicht hilft es Dir zum Vergleich. Meine bezieht sich allerdings auf einen 19'' TFT, die wirst Du leider nicht so 1:1 übernehmen können. Aber vielleicht als Referenz.
