Balance tooltip

If you put mouse over balance just right to timer there is tooltip displayed but It looks it does not work today it displays empty data instead of Euro & lose balance.
Please fix

Was a problem with the English Version

There are some other issues in English version: if "code cracker" buff activated:
- timer is not visible
- buff site shows no data at all
